After July 2021 we have had to make our own decisions on how to keep safe from the continuing risk of covid infection.
The Vicar and Churchwardens undertake a monthly review to decide our policy. At present the following restrictions apply:
- Limits on numbers in our buildings
- Congregation encouraged to sit well spaced
- Face masks are requested to be worn
- Communion is distrubuted in one kind only
- You may sing if wearing a face mask

We want our church to be a place where all, whether young or old, feel safe.
Please continue to follow recommendations for Hands, Face, Space to reduce your risk and reassure others.
When in our buildings please:
- Wear a mask
- Use hand sanitiser
- Maintain social distancing
Our limitations on numbers in church apply to all services at both buildings including christenings, weddings, funerals etc . The limits are:
St Nicholas’ Church: 80 people
St Saviour’s Church: 120 people
These limits exclude anyone acting in an official capacity (eg Vicar, choir, band, verger). They are reviewed at the end of each month.
